YuniquePLM is a SaaS product that runs on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS is the premier cloud hosting IaaS provider, whose infrastructure meets and exceeds a wide variety of security and privacy compliance controls such as SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, FIPS, HIPAA, and more.
In addition, YuniquePLM itself is written to avoid external threats such as SQL Injection and keeps data secure in transit via SSL. All customer data is also fully partitioned in distinct databases as well as distinct digital asset stores, with backups kept in encrypted storage.

No! All cloud infrastructure is managed and maintained by Gerber Technology.
Gerber will initially allocate 500GB of storage space for digital assets and 5GB of database storage. Additional storage space for digital assets and database may be purchased by contacting Gerber directly.
Yes! Customer databases are backed up daily with an additional transaction log backup that takes place every 5 minutes. Customer digital assets are backed up every 12 hours.
The image file formats supported are: .jpg, .png, .bmp, .ai, .psd, .tif, .gif, .pdf and .eps
The maximum file size that can be uploaded into YuniquePLM by default is 125MB.
3 months, 1 year, or 3 years subscription terms are available. By default, your subscription will auto renew at the end of each subscription term.
To cancel or prevent auto-renewal of your subscription, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to cancel at least (60) days prior to your contracted subscription renewal/anniversary date.
An email with your website URL and initial login credentials will be sent to you between 2 to 72 hours after completion of purchase. The typical time frame for a new cloud YuniquePLM system to be created is 3 to 4 business hours from initial purchase.
